In-home private consultations are available to those clients who;

• Do not feel their dog would be comfortable in a class environment
• Who work shift hours that would not enable them to attend classes
• Have a disability that prevents them from attending classes
• Have a home based problem that is best dealt with in the home environment

Sometimes you may require assistance with some basic skills before joining a class. Some dogs also have special needs like poor social skills, this may mean it would be inappropriate for them to be involved in a class situation. There are also some behaviours like barking, digging or resource guarding that may be more apparent in the home.

In home private consultations can be tailored for a variety of training and behavioural needs. Private sessions are held at a time that suits you and your family and are generally of an hour to two hour duration.

After the first consultation we can provide telephone or e-mail support, or if needed - further consultations. A detailed consultation report including things to work on are included after every consultation. After private consultations, some dogs may get to a stage where they are comfortable enough to attend group classes.
